RMS STAFF ACQUIRE NEW TECHNICAL SKILLS IN ACTIVITY BASED-COSTING (ABC)
A team of employees within the warehouse were trained in Activity Based Costing (ABC) in which they acquired new technical skills aimed at improving efficiency in the warehouse and distribution of health commodities to public health facilities.

The workshop which was officially opened by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Diana Mutoni was facilitated by experts from the USAID Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management at M-Hotel in Kigali.
This follows a release of a new report on the assessment of RMS Ltd Central and Regional Warehouses that would provide guidelines on the use of available warehouse space for efficient storage and distribution.
